This is Prathmesh Adsod’s personal website. It does not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics, and it does not require an account.

Visiting the website

The hosting service may process connection information, including your IP address, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. External links take you to other services with their own privacy policies.

Newsletter subscriptions

While subscriptions are closed, the form is disabled and no email addresses are collected. When subscriptions are open, the form sends your email address and explicit consent to Brevo, the email delivery provider. A confirmation link verifies that you control the address before you join the newsletter.

Consent records include the source of the request, the privacy notice version, and the time you requested a subscription. Your subscription is used to send the newsletter, rather than build a profile of your browsing. Cloudflare Turnstile checks subscription requests for abuse; your IP address may be used temporarily for verification and rate limiting.

Your choices

Every newsletter must include an unsubscribe link. You can stop receiving it at any time. Unsubscribed addresses are suppressed from future campaigns. You can also request access, correction, export, or deletion of your subscriber information through the contact page.

Subscriber records are held in Brevo while needed to deliver the newsletter and respect subscription preferences. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing. Minimal suppression records may be retained to honor an unsubscribe request. Unconfirmed requests are not used to send newsletters.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting and abuse protection. When newsletter subscriptions are enabled, Brevo handles opt-in confirmation, subscriber storage, and delivery.
